We use your information to operate the contest (verify eligibility, process entries, determine winners), to display your name and bracket on the public leaderboard, to contact the prize winner via email, to maintain site security, and to comply with legal obligations. LEADERBOARD AND PUBLIC DISPLAY

Your display name and bracket results are shown publicly on the leaderboard. If you do not want to appear publicly, do not submit a bracket. You may request removal of your data after the contest ends.

DATA RETENTION

Contest entry data (picks, scores, bracket names) is retained for the duration of the contest plus 90 days, then deleted. Winner information may be retained for a longer period as required for prize administration and tax reporting. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us; note that deletion may affect leaderboard accuracy.

SECURITY

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), session security, and server-side access controls. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

CHILDREN
